4. Intellectual Property

  • All pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how remain the property of Raised Solutions
  • Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment
  • We reserve the right to showcase anonymized project work for portfolio purposes

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raised Solutions shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Errors arising from incorrect client-provided information
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raised Solutions from claims arising out of misuse of deliverables, regulatory non-compliance, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project materials as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or consented to in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed project terms. Fees for completed work remain payable.
